Web site advertising:

• Advertising is only available to our members and are sold in three-month increments (increments must be three consecutive months).
• Advertising is available in banner or button types.

Newsletter:

• Costs are based on frequency and ad size.
  • Estimated number of issues published for the newsletter in 2010 is 50
  • Frequency of the ad is determined by the purchaser and can be every issue or once a month
  • Ad size examples can be seen in previous newsletters
• We can assist in creation of the ad and we will publish with purchaser's approval
• File formats we can work with include: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Acrobat .PDF formats. 
• Images should be in JPG, JPEG, or GIF formats. Animated ads should be submitted in a .GIF format.

Mass Fax:

• Mass Faxes are one-page flyers can be distributed to more than 1,100 Chamber members in a single day.
• As with digital ads we can provide assistance with creating your Mass Fax flyer or you can make your own and send it to us.
• For scheduling purposes we will need to receive your flyer a minimum of two business days before the day you would like the flyer to be sent. 
• Formats we can work with for Mass Faxes include: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Acrobat .PDF formats. Images can be faxed as a flyer however the quality is generally lower on average.
• We can send the Mass Faxes for members and future-members. Members can send Mass Faxes at 50% discount compared to future-members
