Issue:

Support funding for National Infantry Museum.
Support funding for transportation and education funding related to BRAC.
Support the elements of the water position paper approved by the Chamber Board.
Support efforts to avoid air quality “non-attainment” designation.
Oppose changes in Certificate of Need (CON) legislation that would place local hospitals in a non-competitive position while maintaining the integrity of the process for justified expansion of services.
Opposed mandated health care benefits.
Monitor the progress of HR900 (Great Plan) to assure that if passage occurs the revenue to the CCG and MCSD would not be adversely affected.
